Droove Fashion PK - Return & Exchange Policy

We want you to love your purchase. Please read our simple return & exchange policy below:

1. Faulty, Damaged, or Wrong Item 

If your item has any issue, like it is broken, damaged, or not the same as shown/ordered, we take full responsibility. In this case, we will exchange your item or give you a full refund, including delivery charges. Just send us a clear photo/video within 24 hours of delivery.

2. Change of Mind / Size / Liking Issue

If you receive the correct and perfect item but it doesn’t meet your expectations or you want to change it for any other reason (not related to point 1), we will still help you. We will refund your product payment, but the to & for shipping charges will have to be paid by the customer. This is because the courier charges us for both deliveries.

3. Time Frame & Condition

- You can request a return or exchange within 3 working days of delivery.
- The watch must be unworn, unused, and in its original condition with all tags, a box, and packaging.
- Please share an unboxing video and pictures while claiming a return for a faster process.
