Warranty Information
At Droove Fashion Pk, every wristwatch is carefully checked before it leaves us. If a watch develops a fault in its machine despite normal use, our warranty is here to put it right.
Warranty period
All our wristwatches come with a 6-month machine warranty, starting from the date you receive your order.
Our responsibility
If anything goes wrong with the machine (movement) of your watch within these 6 months, Droove Fashion Pk will be responsible for it, provided the conditions on this page are met. You will not be left to deal with a machine fault on your own.
What is covered
The warranty covers defects in the watch's machine (movement) that are not caused by the customer, such as the watch stopping, running incorrectly or failing to keep time under normal use.
Share your unboxing video
To make a warranty claim, please share the video of unboxing your order with us through our Contact page, along with your order number.
What is not covered
- Damage from drops, impact, pressure or rough handling
- Water or moisture damage
- Scratches, cracks or normal wear on the glass, case or strap
- Damage caused by opening, repairing or modifying the watch outside our team
- Battery replacement and general wear and tear
- Claims where the unboxing video has not been shared
How to make a claim
- Contact us through our Contact page and share your order number.
- Share the unboxing video of your order, along with clear photos or a short video showing the problem with the watch.
- Our team will review your claim and let you know the next steps, which may include repair or replacement of the machine.
